How Does it Work?
Browse our collection and select the dress you want. Once you’ve selected check the availability calendar to see if its available for the date you require. It is recommended to select a start date 1 day in advance of your event. Then select whether you want this item shipped or picked up from Brighton East Melbourne. You will receive a confirmation then. If picking up the garment please confirm what time you would prefer to pick up and provide photo ID on pick up. Then return the dress on the required date.

 

Can I Try On?
Yes you can try on up to 2-3 dresses per event. Please choose the Book a Try On button n our homepage

 

Do you Post?
Yes we post express Australia wide. Please select this at check out. 

 

Do you hire interstate?
Yes we can post Australia Wide.

 

How Long is the Dress Hire?
The dress hire is either 4 or 8 days. This includes the start and return date.

 

Can I hire it longer than the 4/8 days?
We do have extended hire options. Please be in touch direct to arrange this and confirm pricing.

 

Can you hold a dress for me?
Unfortunately we can not hold dresses.

 

Do you do postal try ons?
We can not offer postal try ons only in person try ons. 

 

What are the Terms?

What happens if the item is damaged during wear?
As per the terms, the renter is completely liable for any damage caused to the dress. Damage Protection is an optional extra at check out.

 

How do I post back?
A return satchel will be included with your dress. Please use this to return at a post office.

 

Is cleaning included?
Yes cleaning is included in your hire fee. Under no circumstances is the renter to clean the garment unless prior approval is confirmed from LONE due to extenuating circumstances. If this is ignored and there is any shrinkage or damage to the garment the renter is liable.

 

Can I buy this dress off you?
We receive a huge amount of requests to purchase dresses, particularly highly sought after dresses. We have wait lists for dresses as we do tend to sell some dresses at the end of season. There is no guarantee but we can include your name on the wait list.

 

How do you make sure no one steals your dresses?
Photo ID is required before pick up. We take this very seriously, failure to return the garment within a reasonable time frame is defined as theft and a police report will be filed.  You will also be liable for any debt collector or legal fees required in recouping costs of the garment including any missed booking fees.
