ULTIMATE GIRLS DAY OUT GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is LONE Dress Hire in conjunction with Melbourne Racing Club (MRC).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of LONE Dress Hire, MRC, and participating partners (Glow Studio, TanFX) are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The competition opens on Thursday September 25 2025, 18:00 PM EST and closes on Friday October 3 19:00 PM EST 2025.
Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions published on Instragram
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Prizes
First Prize (valued at $7,200):
4 x tickets to the Beverly Marquee at Caulfield Guineas Day (valued at $2,700)
4 x $300 LONE Dress Hire vouchers (total value $1,200) – vouchers must be redeemed in a single hire transaction in relation to a hire for Caulfield Guineas Day
4 x $150 Glow Studio vouchers (total value $600) – must be redeemed in the week prior to Caulfield Guineas Day
4 x Spray Tans at TanFX (total value $200) – must be redeemed in the week prior to Caulfield Guineas Day
4 x Event Make-Up applications on 11 October 2025 (total value $2,500)
Runners Up (20 winners):
Each winner will receive 4 x General Admission (GA) tickets to Caulfield Guineas Day or Caulfield Cup.
6. Prize Conditions
The total prize pool is valued at $7,200.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
LONE Dress Hire vouchers are valid only for Caulfield Guineas Day and cannot be split across multiple hires.
Glow Studio vouchers and TanFX spray tans must be used in the week prior to Caulfield Guineas Day.
Event Make-Up is only valid on 11 October 2025.
If the winner is unable to attend Caulfield Guineas Day, they must notify the promoter. In this case, the main prize will be waived, and the winner will instead receive a $150 LONE Dress Hire voucher.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on Friday October 3 at 19:00 PM.
Winners will be notified via Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
8. Use of Content
By entering, the winner and their guests consent to photographs, video, and other content captured at Caulfield Guineas Day being used by LONE Dress Hire, Melbourne Racing Club, and participating partners for marketing and promotional purposes across social media and other channels.
9. Liability
The promoter and its partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize.
The promoter is not responsible for any external factors, cancellations, or circumstances beyond its control that may prevent the fulfilment of prizes.
10. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway.
11. Acceptance
Entry into the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
