Minor issues are usually overlooked, but occasionally the damage caused by a customer can't be restored to a level that it could ever be rented out again. This protection covers you you for up to a maximum of $500 per order. If a garment is damaged beyond repair and the replacement cost is greater than $500, you may still be liable for the remainder.
