Accidents can happen. Protect yourself against any mishaps by adding Accidental Damage Protection to your order today for just $9.95 If major staining, tears or other damage is caused to a garment by you, you may be liable for repair or replacement fees up to a maximum of 120% of the RRP of the item. Minor issues are usually overlooked, but occasionally the damage caused by a customer can't be restored to a level that it could ever be rented out again. This protection covers you you for up to a maximum of $500 per order. If a garment is damaged beyond repair and the replacement cost is greater than $500, you may still be liable for the remainder. Accidental Damage Protection does not cover you for: Loss or theft of items Returns which are lost in transit (though you are protected if there is evidence that the package was lodged/scanned at any point) Items which aren't clothing, such as bags, headwear, belts, accessories and jewellery Damage that has been caused deliberately, or where extreme recklessness or carelessness is evident
